Summary:
I proposed to Tim Stephenson, Vice President of First Capital Group, Inc. that we hire new employees with no previous experience so we could teach them about the lending industry and the loan process from start to finish. this would allow us to mold and train them in the processes and procedures consistent with the policies and procedures were expected by First Capital Group.

- Worked with staffing agency to find prospective employees.
- Negotiated special rates with staffing agency for program.
- Set up and managed payroll with staffing agency.
- Prescreened all applicants.
- Conducted initial interviews of all applicants.
- On-boarded all new loan officer trainees.
- Created new loan officer training program.
- Acted as instructor, mentor, and maanger for all new loan officers.
- Coached new loan officers in successful sales practices, application process and pipeline management.
Achievements:
- Hired 15 new employees.
- Increased office production by 30% in 3 months and more in years to come.
- Over half of those original 15 are in the mortgage industry today.
